Artist's Comments"Why do people want to swing?" She asked. "Well . . ." i had to think about it. "it's the the next best thing to flying i guess. It's fun". She nervous, i could tell. We've been in this park for almost an hour and she has yet to even sit on the swing. i, on the other hand, have already taken my seat and began swing my legs back and forth. i made sure she was watching to know how it was done. "It's easy once you get use to it." She studies the swing next to mine before she finally sits. Inspired from teaching my little cousin how to swing i can't remember how long ago i drew the line art for this. i wanted something bright and sunny, which is why i didn't focus so much on the shadows. i really don't know how i feel about the way this came out. :/ |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
